13Seriously... it's like... perfect...
By the people who did Serious Sam and Hard Reset, this game takes old school fun factor, beautiful graphics and artistic design, and insanely satisfying melee combat and combines them all into a game that is just fun incarnate. Also, it's very fun if you have that sort of sense of humor (those of you who like Saints Row and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon will love this). If you are watching this and the game is still on sale on Steam for $9.99 (I got the special edition, which I highly encourage as it comes with The Penetrator dildo bat from Saints Row as a usable weapon) then please do yourself a huge favor and BUY IT! I plan to get another copy when it goes off the sale to gift to a friend and to show my support for the developers by getting the game at full price. It is simply that good. Also, nVidia ShadowPlay is the bomb-digity.
