Shadows increases FPS?

0I don't understand the algorithm of this game. When no shadows, everything goes 10 FPS. But after I turned it on, it increases to 25 FPS.
But when I tried it on an NVIDIA, it's the opposite, if shadows are on, your 10 FPS will go to 1 FPS. D4mn, I think that's why nobody plays on Celeron.
