Shallow waters? | Skull and Bones Closed Beta
23Got invited to the closed beta for Skull and Bones. The opening sequence was very cool, but beyond that, it quickly becomes mundane and repetitive even with a friend. There are so many resource gathering quests that it gets boring quick and because the on-foot sections drag, there needs to be significant upgrades and changes to shipboard combat to ensure that the game keeps you engaged for long periods.
Ubisoft is two months out from release, there's just not enough time to make changes.
