You guys enjoyed my playthrough of Shantae: Half-Genie Hero. That made me really happy but I got word that you guys want me to tackle this game. Okay. Why not.
This is the third game in the series, Shantae & the Pirate�۪s Curse. It was released in 2014 and has had numerous parts in the two years since release. I�۪m playing it on the PlayStation 4. The game is still just as good but it�۪ll take time to adjust.
Here we find Shantae having to save Sequin Land from the likes of the Ammo Baron. Unfortunately it�۪s the beginning of our troubles. Why? Cause though we save the day, it seems we�۪re no longer guardians. But then we find Risky Boots who demands to know where her crew and weapons are. Of course she shows us a Tinkerbat that was captured by Uncle. But then dark energy emerges turning it into a Cacklebat. We take it down and use a lamp to capture the Dark Magic. But the worst is yet to come since she wants to stop the Pirate Master. She wants us to get a map to the Forbidden Isles.
So with help from Sky, we get a Library Card and take it to the Library in Sequin Palace. We also have to help Bolo provide 3 Fleshy Pops to some zombie kids in exchange for a Royal Palace Key. The key is then used to allow us inside to talk to the old librarian. We touch the globe and get a Forbidden Isles Map.
That�۪s pretty much it. Part 2 is where we trek out of Sequin Land and into adventure.
