Surprise surprise, Mayor Scuttlebutt fires Shantae. This time it was unreasonable. So now that Shantae's out of job, again, all she can do is ask around if anyone needs her and while at it, help Mimic to build that Dynamo contraption. A young maiden appears in Scuttle Town telling that other maidens near Mermaid Falls have disappeared and came to ask Shantae to rescue them. But first we take the first transformation in use in Main Street. The first transformation, as usual, Shantae obtains is monkey, adorable transformation that can jump high and climb on walls. With this ability we can get some stuff we couldn't get on the first visit and trust me, we're gonna come back in Main Street more than once during this playthrough. Mayor Butterbutt also found a new guardian genie REALLY fast. Holly Lingerbean seems a bit snotty at first glance. Maybe she's not what she seems. But nevermind that now, next time we have some maidens to rescue.
