Shantae Risky's Revenge - Part 9 "Confronting Hypno Baron"
2Subject: This is a commentary playthrough of Shantae Risky's Revenge Director's Cut on Steam. Shantae is a Metroidvania style game made by Wayforward and features a belly dancing female protagonist who is also half genie. Risky's Revenge is the 2nd game of the series. While this mostly a blind playthrough some of the boss battles aren't blind to me. Other then that I know nothing about the game except for how It works.
Info: In this episode we find our last dance transformation and finish up this rather confusing Labyrinth. It is then we settle things once and for all with Hypno Baron. In my opinion Hypno Baron is much easier than Squid Baron. Sure he can be quite fast with his attacks but if your quick then you'll have no trouble avoiding them and if your even quicker you can interrupt him before he get's a chance to throw anything at you. Sometime RNG will ever be in your favor and he'll reappear next to where you are standing.
