Level 13: Arrgh matey! We've got a handful of gadgets to work with and two Sams to deal with. To 100% this level without being caught, complete the first half how I'd do it and you're golden, speaking of which...

Secret Clock is placed next to Sam, sneak behind him in a bush at the right time and boom.

Level 14: A really short and easy level. Use the train to travel to different sections.

Secret Clock is located in the same section where you collect the Sheep Costume. If you're quick, you can get both at the same time before the train sets off.

The final part will bring us a nice change of pace.
