You are the leader of your faction of a bunch of people inside a bunker.
You give directions on what to craft, build, limit the resources use, etc. You must do anything possible to avoid starvation, lack of water, contamination, radiation poisoning, assaults by enemies.
You can send your friends on expeditions to explore the wastelands, start relations with other factions, assault other camps, trade resources.
