In early access on steam and being developed by Unicube. Combining graphics akin to Gods will be watching and Interstellaria and fallout shelter mechanics and you'll end up with Sheltered.

Not a bad experience just out on early access but also doesn't really do anything that you haven't run across before as of yet. I'd keep an eye on this one to see the changes that will happen before buying it.
