The man accused of killing eight people at three Atlanta-area spas this week has been charged with eight counts of murder.
Meanwhile, a sheriff's captain investigating the case appeared to sympathize with the accused shooter by saying in a press conference that he had "a really bad day." The same sheriff's captain may have also posted racist images on line.
