Part 9: The Doll.
Are you ready for this instalment? ... Are you? ... Are you sure about that?... Very well.... Don't say I didn't warn you.
Join us as Sherlock enters the deep, cavernous tunnels of Block B, in the depths of the Black Edelweiss institute. Hear the blood curdling screams of the inmates. Smell the damp of the stone walls. Be blinded by the horror of blood and human remains...
But if that wasn't enough, here we meet Gerda, who is missing her friend Heidi. Gerda is howling at the moon inside her cell, threatening to take the lives of everyone in the institute unless her beloved Heidi is found. But it's not as it seems. Heidi Isn't a patient. Heidi isn't a doctor. Heidi isn't a human. Heidi, is in fact, a doll. A doll that has been severely harmed and mistreated.
But before we can turn Heidi back to its owner, we must investigate further the use of sedatives and the recruitment of immigrant labourers from across Europe. Drugged up men carried in crates into the back of the Asylum, as if being in coffins. Death before death.
But what's this? A crate with a watermark from the USA? How intriguing. And a secret passage, possibly to safety?
In order to find out more, Holmes goes back to question Gerda, who tells Holmes of the "Hell door key"
But Gerda only knows so much. The keeper of the real truth is her doll, Heidi.
Holmes offers to secure the tools to mend Heidi, in the hope of discovering more information behind the sedatives, the Immigrant trafficking, and the true nature of The Black Edelweiss institute and it's purpose.
Blood. Damp. Hell Doors. Insanity. Evil dolls....
This is the dark twisted side of detective work that only Holmes has the courage to face.
