The next Fiend in our ever-growing list of victims is the Hell Biker, found in the 4th Block of the Konan area, you'll need to climb on the ruined highway from the South-East to reach the spot.

Try and take a demon immune to Force in your party, Yaksini's a great choice since she can also debuff the boss' defense with Armor Piercer, don't worry about any Fire weakness though, just try to have some good Ice attacks to exploit his weakness and some healing will help.
Hell Biker will get the first turn and open with Hell Exhaust, a party-wide Force-elemental attack that nullifies all buffs, he'll use it again in the fight so I chose to forego buffs, though if you don't mind reapplying them, they're still good to have. Aside from this attack, it uses decently strong party-wise physical attacks, can use Dekunda to dispel his own debuffs, and Tentarafoo to confuse your party (Though he only did so at very low health for me).
Once he gathers Magatsuhi, use a Fire Dampener to make his Hell Burner a waste of time, that's his only Fire attack hence why a weakness to it isn't crippling by any means.
