Shiny Natu after 951 encounters!! Live!! - Pokémon LeafGreen
4I had captured my shiny Remoraid (Ray) just the day before. After that, I went to Fortune Island. When I got to the island, I went straight to the Ruin Valley. And there, I collected all the objects that were in the place and battled with all the trainers. When I got to the entrance of the Dotted Cave I realized that I could not pass. But remembering some Braille signs, I immediately knew what to do to get inside. I needed a Pokémon that could use Cut. However, instead of picking up my Venusaur and coming back, I realized from looking at the map that I hadn't yet gone to the northern part of the island. So I went to explore that part and come back later with Venusaur and go inside. At that time, I also remembered that I had forgotten to go for the Pokémon I needed from the Pattern Brush in my game of FireRed, so I flew out of Sevault Canyon forward to that place.
After capturing my shiny Remoraid, I did all of the above, then left everything related to the video ready for upload the next day. I didn't have time to do one more recording session. The next day, I started this quest and spent most of the day going after my targets in my game of FireRed. In the last recording session of the day, while watching episode 20 of Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains, I came across this shiny Natu... My third shiny Pokémon of the year and the third member of the team for the Pokémon League Rematch.
