He's a mobile tank with the power to execute enemies in team fights, and Valve have struggled to balance him for months. They did a recent slew of changes to try and make him more fair... but he's still crazy strong! In this video, AndrewChicken plays Shiv with a serious build and shows just how dominant he can really be.
