Identity Crisis is a quest mod for Skyrim that centers around Sheogorath and his involvement with an asylum found hidden away in the northern parts of Skyrim. You as the adventurer will delve into the asylum to figure out what has happened here. In doing so, you are rewarded with a new Shivering Isles themed player home as well as some new weapons and spells.
