As soon as General Shinsaku departed Tsushima the local tribesman begun hatching their nefarious plan. While the Choshu clan was at their most occupied they took the opportunity to strike and rose in rebellion at the head of an army of misguided samurai too blind to perceive the Emperor's vision.

With all reinforcements struggling to contain their foes on the mainland only the Choshu navy may be able to arrive in time to lend its guns in defence of the city, the fate of the province rests in the hands of Tsushima's valiant defenders.
