A full-game playthrough of Shoot-Out Hockey featuring game 6 of the 1980 Stanley Cup Finals between the Philadelphia Flyers and New York Islanders.
Shoot-Out Hockey, designed by John Kechejian, is a fast-playing tabletop game played with either dice or fast-action cards (FAC). Each team has one card, listing all the players on the team with each skater rated for goals, assists and penalties. The game moves quickly and is more abstracted than most tabletop hockey games which provide full shift-by-shift play while still providing shots-on-goal, penalties and details on each goal scored.
The game and many seasons stretching back into the sport's early days, can be purchased at https://shootouthockeygame.com
