This is now actually the third TAS of this specific scene in StB. It turns out on phase 2 you can get a Red Shot bonus which gives about 20-25k more score. It might seem inaccurate but the game is actually lying to you. Red Shot doesn't give 300 extra Base Value. It's closer to around 4,500 extra Base Value, give or take. This requires very high luck to get but it's not impossible for real-time players. I've also figured out that Colorful Bonus is also anything but correct and presumably other bonuses are the same deal (in 6-8 the game text suggests +900 when it's actually around +6,000). Phase 1 and 3 were also improvable from kopiapoa's TAS.
