Shooting the Camera in RE1 #residentevil #ps1 #secret
40I found this out by accident when I first played Resident Evil: Director's Cut on the PS1 in 2000.
Aim at the camera with the Handgun or the Shotgun and fire to see your screen show a cracked glass bullet hole. You may have to nudge the gun up or down while firing for a perfect aim, or you can find an area in the game where the camera is level with the gun's aim (this video shows an area).
I do not know if there are any similar effects with other weapons such as the Grenade Launcher, Colt Python, Bazooka, or even the Combat Knife.
