A lot of people have been buying the RTX 2080 Ti on eBay for a super low price, and you could too, as long as you don't mind the graphics card being used? But should you buy a used RTX 2080 Ti on ebay? Should you a used graphics card on eBay at all? Will you regret buying a used graphics card when RTX 3000 stock becomes normal again, and the RTX 3080 stock in particular returns to normal?
