In this workout I focus primarily on Strength Training for my Shoulders, Chest and Triceps. I include plenty of Olympic and Compound lifts. I also find it incredibly important to have Cardio Workouts involved so I add the incline walk at the end. While I didn't focus on Core exercises or Bodyweight Exercises this day, I did focus on both Dumbbell Workouts and Machine Workouts! Plenty of things to work on and grow!
