Looks like a Immobile Shell, has 12,000,000 (12 Million) HP, Extremely armored at 60, can fly, has 3.37 speed, extremely short range, 300 cargo, and immune to every status effect including modded, the gun is a Laser when Apathy detects an enemy it begins charging its laser before unleashing when some unfortunate units contacts the laser will be instantly killed when is a T1 or T3, Apathy will constantly detects enemies when there's no more enemies found then Apathy will enter Sleep Mode similar to Portal Turrets, since Apathy's laser has a outraging amounts of damage it seems the laser is based on the percentage of the enemies hp, means like Tier Boss Units like War or Sagittarius from ExoGenesis will be destroyed in a few seconds regardless with Armor except Sullivbane, Shitass or Azathoth, when Apathy Exhausted its small laser and the enemy is alive then Apathy will overcharging a powerful laser when the mega laser is unleashed it deals even more devastating damage than the small laser obliterating in just a few less seconds
Since Apathy is extremely overpowered it couldn't be created with factories and only with Testing Utilities, the thing is that Apathy could not be controlled so when transforming into Apathy it crashes your game so you have no control of controlling Apathy
