7Sibaguan is a village along the eastern coast of Sagñay, Camsur. This province in Bicol is noted for many waterfalls and this particular one is a series of three falls, only two of which can be seen here. The second level has a breathtaking view of Atulayan Island (although moderately difficult to reach). Video was taken on May 18, 2008.
