26UPDATE: I rerecorded the video, check out the new version which is called "Better: Sigma Ultimate Armor - Mega Man X3 (Golden Chip)". So, quit ranting about this poor little video.
The controls were a little buggy, but it's okay when I have the Golden Armor. Luckily this beast is very slow and expectable. Dr.Doppler fails for creating such a weak armour. I absolutely don't know what that blue shoulder beam does, but I tried to evade it.
