Silent Footsteps (Part 4): The Bulletin Board and Storage Locker
26Part 4 of 7, of a walkthrough for "Silent Footsteps". In this part, Rebecca puts the two maps together. They lead to a bulletin board with the code to Nikki's safe, as well as an ad for a car wash.
The safe has a rubber duck and a can opener. The can opener is used inside Nikki's apartment for a location and time. Rebecca goes there and meets another acquaintance of Nikki's. He was told to give her a picture. The picture frame opens up a can in Nikki's kitchen, which has a puzzle based on the word "pranks". This leads to the artist CB.
Written on one of CB's art pieces is a note to ask for Gunilla at the Roast and Toast storage. Inside is a letter from Nikki, explaining everything. Nikki was investigating a possible murder and feared for her life, hence all the secrecy. She left behind a key to her main suspects' house.
