Part 1 of 5, of a walkthrough for "Goosebumps: Attack of the Masked Mutant", a 1997 videogame. A kid reads a comic book where the League of Good Guys battles a group of supervillains led by the Masked Mutant. The comic comes to life, when the kid accidentally discovers the Masked Mutant's hideout!

After the kid enters the building, Dinah asks the kid for help. Since the kid is NOT a comic book character, he or she can do unexpected things. The kid uses the elevator to go to the Masked Mutant's office. A large bug attacks. The kid has to use a hammer to stop the bug. Then, the kid spies on a meeting of the villains.

The kid goes to a greenhouse, where one of the villains attacks. The kid opens the door, to let bees in. The bees keep the villain at bay, while the kid navigates a hedge maze. They find superhero gear and a portal back to the Masked Mutant's floor.
