22Silent Hill 3 HARD-mode run with a few added constraints (by AKheon). Part 5, nightmare mall end + Split Worm.
Basically Heather is not allowed to maim or kill any enemy who isnt mandatory to defeat during the game (e.g. anyone except the bosses). Quite the opposite, since she will periodically stop to feed the monsters with her hard-earned beef jerky.
Another thing is that she can't run in rooms where there are monsters. If she did that, it would hurt the monsters self-esteem a bit, wouldnt it? Would give the impression that she doesnt *want* to hang out with them. So, for all the involved parties to feel good at the end of the day, these necessary repercussions have been made. Besides, being a saint kicks ass!
To avoid redundancy, the 'no running'-rule only applies to rooms with enemies in them. Also, it's a completely new game we start to avoid any complications from superfluous icky wall manifestations and such.

This is a fine segment, thanks to some very interesting parts and no big mistakes whatever. In fact, I ever get really lucky at the cafe re-tread.
