The fight between the two serpents was a long and tiring one. Each both slithering past one another's attacks. Snake realised his continued attempt at shooting his enemy wasn't working so he decided to fight fire with fire. He did as his opponent did and waited in the shadows out of sight. Unaware of Snake's location the serpent came out of the shadowed tunnels to search for its prey. Little did it know that in this hunt, the serpent would be the hunted... Snake waited patiently for the opportune moment to strike. He holstered his pistol and unsheathed his blade. The serpent turned his back towards Snake and he saw his chance open. Wasting no time Snake ran for his prey and jumped on to its head. Giving no time for the serpent to react he began mercilessly stabbing in to its head painting the floor with blood. His enemy was much bigger than a normal snake and a few stabs from a knife in to its steel scaled hide seemed to have little effect regardless of the blood lost by Snake's ambush. The serpent threw snake off its back sending him flying in to the wall. The sudden counter attack left Snake dazed and fatigued. The monster was furious and charged straight at him, jaws opened ready to finish the fight. Hardly able to see the over grown beast charging at him, Snake reached behind his back. The monster, stopping for nothing rushed for his weakened foe and clamped down with all its bone breaking force... But snake was unharmed. Opening his eyes he saw the beast with its jaws forced open by a large steel pipe Snake had been carrying with him as a weapon. Laughing at the sheer bullshit he just pulled off, he reached for his gun. He looked the serpent dead in the eye down the iron sight of his gun... "There's only room for one snake..."
