Silent Hill 4 | 4K HDR [Reshade Test - RTGI/Reflection Raytracing + DELC + DLAA + 4K60 Film Grain]
Just a test for my custom Silent Hill 4 reshade. I had actually got the game looking even better than this but unfortunately any kind of video encoding shits the bed - this is the best compromise I could do and want to see if the bitrate/video encoding holds up when uploaded to Youtube. Honestly I have this game looking sooo good! Specifics:
6x Native Res (4K) / HD Texture mod
Ray Traced Global Illumination / AO / RT Reflections
SpecialK HDR
DELC texture enhancement (makes HD texture mod even better and other image quality)
DLAA (directionally localised anti-ailiasing)
Custom 4K film grain (to replace the low res/blocky in-game noise effect, I had to nerf this).
What I had to remove:
Secondary image/texture sharpener (smartsharp working with DELC was even better but I think smartsharp made CPU shit the bed when recording causing a blocky result regardless of bitrate).
My perfect 4K film grain setting (video recordings hate complex noise but god it looked so good in person, made the game seem current gen I cannot even explain, you'd have to see it in person rather than video).
