(HTG) Brian quickly walks you through the apartment area as you cross from Hillside to Pearl Creek in Silent Hill Downpour to obtain the "Neighborhood Watch" trophy/achievement. To obtain the Neighborhood Watch trophy/achievement you must complete the Stolen Goods side quest which requires you to find the stolen tenant items and return them to their rightful owners. Follow the video as we return the Locket and the Watch on the 3rd Floor apartment across from the theifs apartment. Then head down to floor 2 where you came in from and head to the kids room (disco room) and return the Money box to the nightstand by the coins. Then the last item, War Medal , is returned to the apartment on the first floor . Putting back all 4 items will earn you the Neighborhood watch trophy/achievement.
