For some reason the hospital's bizarre basement part's door is broken, you can't get in and complete the hospital until you use any kind of cheats to get the "Oil lighter" item and use it to burn it, the "Lighter" item is basically the medicinal alchool to burn the vines.

Since this is a prototype a lot of stuff is unfinished.
