Anita came to an abandoned Villa apartment complex in the town of Kettenstadt to meet her friend Maya, and somehow woke up to find herself trapped in it. She must escape her own fears and the monster lurking in the corridors, discover the truth behind the events she's trapped in, and try to escape before her own trauma consumes her will to survive.
Anita is an artist herself although she doesn't regard herself as talented as Maya.
Amelie is Anita's best friend. She constantly messages Anita and does her best to support her friend. She studies hard as her main dream is to make it to college in the city and leave her native town of Kettenstadt for good. Anita fears that Amelie will also leave her behind when she goes to for her studies.
Maya is a young popular graffiti artist known under the name C.B., which is short for "Cherry Blossom" and is a friend of both Anita and Amelie. The main theme of her work is girls and their inner worlds while the cherry flowers represent the girls overcoming past traumas, or at least their desire to do so.
