Even though Sarai wants to rush things by giving God’s promised child from Abram through Hagar, an Egyptian Servant, God wont be rushed.

Even though Hagar bear a child named Ishmael, he is not the promised child but God cares and sees in Hagar and in him and will give the them an uncountable number of offspring and have great nations and his people will live in conflict with everyone.
