0Hey, I got to try out these baking mats and they're pretty cool. I wanted to share my experience with you all.
Firstly, I love that they can go in temperatures around 500 Degrees... My parchment paper starts to burn around 425F so this is a big deal for me.
My favorite part of these is that they have the conversions and measurements right on them.. I honestly will be using these for making pastry doughs more than baking with them.
