Rebalances are one month away so I thought it was about time to have the usual "Before rebalances" videos where we can speculate what is going to happen in the rebalances and have a frame of reference for when the rebalance actually happens.

The reason I waited till the end to do the water characters video was because I was waiting for my grid to be improved (double Varuna and second Pholia Bow) so that the comparison would be fair once the rebalance drops in.

Silva has a kit entirely focused around ougi, but it really falls short when it comes to provide utility to the team.
I would:
1) Add Uplift (20%) for three turns on her second skill
2) Remove 20% def down penalty
3) Reduce cooldown of the first three skills by 1 turn (to 6 turns)
4) Add an effect to her ougi (def/atk down stackable would be nice).

What do you think would be a good change to improve Silva?
