In part two we do some major city upgrades which include upgrading the hall, adding public transit (Streetcars), upgrading the roads, adding Drones, upgrading police and fire stations, adding a clinic, and ending with just under 20k profit per hour.

This video ends a total of 1 hour into our gameplay and set into the perfect position for part 3 to have some huge success and start to pump out some big numbers and increase population quickly.
