I had a request to show people how I created my own custom layout for my YouTube content. It's very simple, and in this video, I'll do my best to explain how you can create your own basic OBS overlay. You'll need a few tools:
1. Microsoft Paint (or any other editing / painting software)
2. GIMP - https://www.gimp.org/downloads/
3. Open Broadcast Software - https://obsproject.com/download
4. Looping Background - https://pixabay.com/videos/search/looping/
The idea is to create a simple border, make it a .PNG, and allow that to pop against a looping background. Keep the drawing simple, let the simple lines and images pop, and you'll be making great content in no time.
