This is a Sims 4 Speed Renovation and Speed Remodel for a Bed & Breakfast! I took a pre-existing Sims 4 house in Willow Creek and did some redecorating to convert it into a Bed & Breakfast. There is also a bit of Sims 4 Speed Build action in the basement, in order to create a small apartment for the owners of the Bed & Breakfast!
