3A shaman turned vampire hunter. He discovered a ritual where burning vampires in the dawn under his powerful enchantment that condensed the vampire's powers and experience down into a single fang. To utilize those powers the fang has to be inserted under the skin and feed blood.
The powers need blood to be utilized which makes the need to drink blood a necessity. Simeul isn't a vampire, but has a strong affinity for vampirism and runs the risk of becoming a vampire.
Evil reflected to face evil creates a mirror of nearly lost humanity.
