Hi everyone! In today's video I am going to be showing you all how SINGING and MUSIC literally STOPS MY TICS! It was even caught on camera - me ticcing and then as soon as I sing, the tics stop. It is heckin crazy! But it makes me so happy to have a release like this. Singing with Tourettes has made me able to cope more, and I'm so thankful. I can't believe that singing stops my tics. But I am so grateful. I hope you enjoy my storytime (:

As a girl with Tourette's, I would love to spread awareness and education about my disorder, as I feel it is quite misunderstood in today's society. The media has made it out to be a swearing disorder only, which is far from true. I hope this video will educate you on Tourette Syndrome and tic disorders! Life with Tourettes can be difficult, but just know that we're the same as everyone else...except for the fact we tic like clocks! (:
