Most of the Mario Kart games have incredible menu music IMO, from MK64 which is repetitive but has a great beat, to Double Dash with its great melody, to the jazzy MK7 menu music, to Mario Kart 8 (my favorite) with the electric guitar and its embedded Super Mario Kart remix! This video presents an update to the Mario Kart DS Single Player Menu song :)
