Got motivated to blast legs today on my lunch break.

Warm up;
20 reps of each:
Tibialis raises
Calf raises
Slant board squats
KOT calf raises
Hamstrings hip thrusts
Frog hip thrusts

Three exercise circuit:
Sissy squat -50 lb x 15
Nordic curl -50 lb x 20
Side V ups x 20 (active rest)

-40 x 12

-30 x 8
-30 x 10

-20 x 5.5
-20 x 8

-10 x 2
-10 x 6

-BW x .25, -10 x 1
-BW x 2

Sissy squats are improving. Today was my first day using the 5-10 lb band.

Also got 6 reps on nordics with the same band, which is 3 more than I've done prior. I even had enough in the tank to do 2 unnassisted reps pre-exhausted.
