0Oil production is backed up again, and that's preventing the hydrogen from getting where it needs to go, exacerbating Skippy's power problem. He sets up the excess to burn in a whole line of power plants, and that helps more than he thought it would.
Of course, the added collecting stations around the gas giant don't hurt, either.
While he waits for all of that to catch up, Skippy starts the process of automating the Dyson Sphere components. Let's launch those pieces into space!
