Skippy plays Dyson Sphere Program! Part 30
Skippy's back to Dysoning the Sphere in the Program! After setting up the next bands of the sphere, logistics problems once again rear their ugly heads. So he tackles them one at a time, in true Skippy style.
First up is power. Skippy deploys three Artificial Stars, and is promptly interrupted by his titanium shortage. He expands his titanium ingot smelting, and then turns back to working on manufacturing Antimatter Fuel Rods for his Artificial Stars.
Once he gets those up and running, he notices that the additional Titanium Ingot production has exposed a Titanium Ore shortage. He heads off planet to set up more mines, and in short order increases the flow of that shiny, shiny ore back to our primary planet.
After that, it's all about the Iron Ingots. It's not that we're getting less from the Kerbal system, it's that the last vestiges of the mines on our starter planet have been fully tapped out. Skippy heads to the secondary solar system to increase both mining and smelting there, but runs into some power issues. He adds a crap ton of windmills and a bunch of solar panels, but it only puts a band-aid on the issue. The Iron Ingot shortage is fixed. so he calls it a day.
Next time? More Critical Photon production!
