Skyhawk allows players to participate in Operation Rolling Thunder, that occurred in 1966 during the Viet Nam War. Players may focus on flying a single A4 Skyhawk off the USS Franklin D Roosevelt, or with a number of optional rules, expand their scope of control over an entire squadron of A4's

The game is loosely based on the old Avalon Hill Game -- B17 Queen of the Skies, and guides players through individual missions by rolling dice on a number of tables to effect everything from launch, combat, dropping bombs, and aircraft recovery. This video reviews the game in its various aspects.
