Myself and fellow portal masters have lamented the fact that hunting videos seem to be a thing of the past. Hunting videos used to be THE THING to do video wise for skylanders. Asianguygamer lived on skylanders hunting videos just a few years back (skylanderdad as well). Even myself I found much more joy hunting during Spyro's Adventure & Giants. A lot of the problem is the way they are releasing figures. More than half of the figures were released in the first 2 months. Because of this there are long droughts for the remaining 6-8 characters.

Another problem is stores aren't simply carrying the latest figures or in some cases and skylander figures at all. Kmart during Spyro's used to be a great place to find skylanders (in fact the only time I ever saw wham-shell was at a Kmart and there were two). Now Kmart doesn't even stock Trap Team figures. Target and Walmart are simply way behind and still only pretty much have Wave 2. One of my Walmarts is pretty much completely empty. What do you guys think??
