This is Skyrim with the framerate unlocked on a real Xbox 360 (RGH), I believe it reaches 60 fps as framerate peak. The other side of the coin are some tearing effects. I've used the Xenia Canary Patch that works not only for the emulator but also for the real console. I've also modded the Skyrim.ini file including these two instructions after the ";English sUnessentialFileCacheList...." rows:
