Hey guys, today I review a mod from Bethesda user UniSL. It is the Tailor's Measure Mod. It will allow you to change the clothing of any NPC. First, after installing the mod, go to a tanning rack. Inside the tanning rack's menu, go to misc. In the misc section, select and create the Tailor's Measure. It will require one leather strip to create. After you have crafted it, go into your inventory, then to apparel. In apparel equip the Tailor 's Measure. Once equipped it will allow you to change any NPC's clothing and apparel.
