Sand's Rest - A Bard's Home by Alt1398 ported by sforzinda, part of dean3790 and sforzinda’s Player Home-a-Palooza of 2018 — Sand’s Rest is a cozy bard/thief themed player home by Alt1398, originally released for Skyrim on Nexus (permissions to port Sand’s Rest for Xbox has been obtained by dean3790). It is located outside Riften, near the south gate (comes with a map marker), and features: - A small pond and dock with respawning fish - Full navmesh (it is follower friendly) - A player bed that gives the Well Rested bonus - Cooking pot, Enchanting, and Alchemy stations - Custom bookshelves and storage Sand’s Rest also comes with a children’s room, however you will need a mod like Hearthfire Multiple Adaptions to utilise that feature. The house is located just outside Riften’s south gate; please refer to the out-of-order-because-bethesda.net-felt-like-it screenshots for a better view of its location! The mod contains no scripts, and has been cleaned nicely after a day’s outing in the small pond by the house. TES5Edit was also involved.
