Skyrim Special Edition - A Look Back at a Great Game
Disclaimer: When I recorded the video and audio I believed I was capturing from an Un-Modded Installation. After publishing the video I learnt the installation was Modded. So please disregard any comments made in the video regarding this. However there are no Graphic Modifications, ENB or Reshade Effects in use during this recording. So the visuals do represent Skyrim Special Edition Accurately.
In this video I run through the introduction and beginning of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition which was released this week. This is the upgraded re-release of 2011s Game of the Year. The Special Edition now runs on the same Game Engine as Fallout 4 and is also 64-Bit removing the memory limitations that were forced on the original back when it was launched on 32 Bit Operating Systems.
I cast my thoughts on how the game has been improved and also share some of my thoughts on this week's news from the Gaming World regarding Bethesda and their decision not to allow gaming sites access to review copies of their games until a day before launch and how I feel some members of the Video Game Press are taking this way too personally and being incredibly salty over this decision by the publisher.
